Will
Veterinary Assistant
Hi, my name is Will, and I joined the Sugar River Animal Hospital team as a Veterinary Assistant in November 2024. I was born in Miami and am originally from Orlando, Florida, and I have also lived in California for a year. My cross-country road trip to and from California allowed me to see the beauty of the U.S.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
I share my life with three beloved dogs: Blitz, a Mini Aussie, and two Huskies, Kai'sa and Ekko. Outside of work, I enjoy competitive gaming, including Marvel Rivals and League of Legends, as well as pickleball.
Favorite Part of My Job
What I love most about working with animals is seeing the world through their eyes, fostering empathy and understanding for their unique perspectives.
Why I Chose This Profession
My journey into the animal field began at a boarding facility, where I discovered a deep passion for working with dogs and cats.
Work History
Starting as a team member at a boarding facility, I quickly advanced to a lead position, gaining valuable experience in dog training and bathing.
